A horrific Israeli air strike on Monday morning in the southern Gaza Strip has killed dozens of Palestinians, including many children, according to Palestinian authorities and eyewitnesses.
The Wafa news agency, citing the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS), reported that many of the victims were burned alive inside their homes." Award-winning Lebanese journalist Dalal Mawad shared her own horrifying experience, having witnessed a similar tragedy in Qana in 1996.
Israeli authorities have not yet commented on the incident, which comes amidst heightened tensions between Israel and Hamas.
